The West Philadelphia Financial Services Institution (WPFSI) is a community-based nonprofit financial services corporation that provides financial products and services in the West Philadelphia Market.
WPFSI finances entrepreneurs and small businesses that are in need of capital to expand, grow or start-up its operation.
Products Loan Amounts
- Small Business Loan Fund $1,000.00-$100,000.00
- Terms from one to five years
- Rate: 4.5%-5%, depending on credit profile
What type of financing is available?
- Term Loans: Real Estate, Equipment, or any asset with a depreciable life of at least five (5) years.
- Working Capital Financing: Inventory or Account Receivable.
- Bridge Loans: Interim Short-term financing
- Loan Guarantees: If a bank needs an inducement to provide funds, WPFSI may provide such guarantee (principal amount only).
- Equity Advances: Limited Equity Investments are available to companies needed to strengthen their capital base.
Application fee:
- $125.00 to cover most direct services.
