]]>We will offer a series of Capital Pitch presentations to entrepreneurs and small businesses to win a $5,000.00 loan from WPFSI. Each month WPFSI will bring on contestants to pitch their business to our hosts and the WURD listening audience. The winner of the five minute pitch will receive a $5,000 loan from WPFSI. The unsecured loan will be for three years and have a repayment of $166.07. WPFSI will file a UUC1 lien on each business.
WPFSI staff will review applications and develop an underwriting approval document based on the criteria below. The Executive Director and Capital Manager will review the applications and pre-qualify potential participants. Once prequalified the applicant will be given a date to participate. If approved based on our voting criteria, the participant will receive a loan in the amount of $5,000 within 10 business days of their over the air appearance/presentation.
Entrepreneurs and small businesses who are interested should call or contact us at the WPFSI office at 215-452-0100 or visit us on our website at www.wpfsi.com. While on the website complete the lending pre-assessment application and someone will get back to you.
WPFSI’s special guest on “There’s Money out There” will be Patrice Banks, CEO/Founder of Girls Auto Clinic. She is an engineer and automotive technician that aims to empower women (and men) in order to take the fear and uncertainty out of the repair process while giving customers a memorable automotive experience.
With an editorial in The Washington Post and a TED talk under her belt, next up, Banks plans to open up her own auto shop that caters to females and is owned and operated by women. Tune in and call to chat with Patrice on June 20th at 1pm!

Some of which include Strawberry Shortcake, Banana Pudding, Sweet Potato Pie, made with Brown’s Southern Sweet Potato Pies, and he is working on a Peach Cobbler…yum.
